Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be modified or returned for a refund.

Once your order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled. This is due to the personalized nature of the products we create, which are tailored specifically to your requirements.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or contains a defect, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and, if it meets our criteria, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that minor variations in color, grain, or texture are natural in wood products and do not constitute a defect.
